  • Infrastructure and project data host (OVHcloud): secure hosting within the European Union (France / EU) ensuring technical deployment of platforms, servers, and client project data.
  • Collaborative and document environment (Microsoft 365 / OneDrive & SharePoint of TUNYTECH Business): secure hosting of email correspondence, commercial proposals, quotes, invoices, and administrative records.
  • Administrative and financial service providers: certified accounting software and partner financial institutions involved in processing and settling service invoices.
  • Public or judicial authorities: solely in cases of imperative legal obligation or official requisition under applicable law.

5. Transfers Outside the European Union

Data processed by TUNYTECH Business SRL is primarily hosted and processed within the European Union.

Should a transfer to a service provider or processor established outside the European Economic Area prove necessary, TUNYTECH Business SRL ensures in advance that such transfer relies on appropriate legal safeguards, notably an adequacy decision by the European Commission or the prior signing of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

6. Data Retention Period

We retain your data for durations strictly proportionate to the pursued purposes:

  • Billing data and accounting documents: 7 to 10 years in compliance with Belgian tax and accounting obligations.
  • Client data and service monitoring: for the entire duration of the contractual relationship, then archived for 5 years for evidentiary purposes.
